​​​Linn E. Larsen, SIOR, re-established Larsen Commercial/Industrial Realtors in July, 2010 after ten years as a Vice President with GVA Kidder Mathews in Tacoma, WA.   Previously, Linn was the owner and president of Linn Larsen, Inc., an industrial real estate brokerage and consulting service. He has over 45 years of commercial real estate problem-solving experience, specializing in industrial acquisition, sales, leasing, consulting, preparing Broker Opinions of Value, and development services in the Puget Sound area.

Linn also has substantial residential and industrial real estate development experience with emphasis in the areas of land use, permitting, sensitive areas, wetlands, conservation easements, and surface water management.  His extensive experience and time in the business has given him the reputation of being one who solves problems, gives sound advice and market views.  In 2008, Linn published “Our Economic Condition”, which predicted the future economic climate and condition.


Linn graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, B.A.B.A., Real Estate and Urban Development.
